Espie (JCP Teacher) and the gall bladder trouble she's having, she's scheduled for surgery in Dec.

Carmen's finances, healing for Alicia (Staci's sister), as she goes through chemo for breast cancer. PRAISE GOD that Staci didn't need surgery!
Continued healing for Rachel's toe.
Joy Christian Preschool that they find a teacher and an increase in enrollment.
Rebecca and her ministry to our youth here at the church; that God send just one more youth.

ICS= Ice Cream Social

Come one, come all, come to the Ice Cream Social this Sunday @ 3:00 at Joyce's front yard. Bring your homemade ice cream, any flavor at all! But if you make oyster flavored ice cream, realize that you'll find only a few scoops of it missing. Maybe you want to bring a friend along? Well bring whoever you want--your barber, your grandma, your exotic plant photographer. And remember, before you bring your friend, be sure to ask them if they're lactose intolerant. We'll also be doing skits, have musical proformances, crazy dancing, tight rope walking, fire juggling, sword swallowing. Well, maybe not those last three. But if you have something you want to do, start practicing so you can preform it at our ICE CREAM SOCIAL!!!.

Nadine

Our sister in Chirst, Nadine Keller, recently passed away. She will be dearly missed and our mourn for her is very great. She had a wonderful heart and spirit full of bright, loving happiness. But we know she's in a much better place and she doesn't have to suffer any longer and for that, we are greatful and now she's sitting with Jesus having the greatest time she could ever have. Rest peacefully, Nadine.

Goodbye Potlucks!

We said farewell to the Wednesday Potlucks, because it was hard to keep up the routine of making food after a hard day's work and going to the church. Arlene Oltman suggested we have a potluck after church, so we aren't as tired. We had gotten "I"'s from everyone in the church, so it was settled.
We are now doing potluck right after church.
